Won't happen. The A380 is difficult to fill in the winter and the economics are not that good that LH will jump to the 2nd-hand market. But what are the options of the owners of the parked A380 but to offer the frames for reasonable lease rates or sale prices, so that the bad economics of the frame...

Must a slot be used for its applied destination? Eg, UA is awarded the nighttime slot for GUM, can they switch GUM and LAX 6 months down the track hypothetically? It's a bit different than DL and PDX. I believe UA will have to return the slot and rebid if they want to switch GUM to LAX in the futur...
